I even tried unplugging my net cable and turning off Windows update. It does drives me mad since after the install process when i go to the hardware and sound (in control panel) the driver version is the 9.0.8 (rack Digi 003 version) instead of the one i dw and just installed. THank you SW REC, Regarding your doubts i'm sure that i've dw THAT version of the drivers (9.0.6). This causes instability when i run PT and i do believe that the permanent crashes i have when i close PT sessions are due also to that Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated, thank you in advance. Tried several instals even disabled the Win Update but sadly the result is always the same. But when i go to the sound manager the driver version installed is 9.0.8 (don't even know where it got it) which is strickly compatible with the rack version of Digi 003.
